Facial, Hand and Foot Reflexology works by stimulating reflex points and zones on the scalp, face, hands and feet to stimulate the brain. It is a gentle and non-invasive technique achieved by using the fingertips for pressure-point massage on scalp, face, hands and feet. These pressure-points are said to relate to different parts of our anatomy.
Facial Reflexology works similar to Foot Reflexology but uses pressure points on the face that correspond with various parts of the body. Face mask is applied while working on hands and feet
Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive exfoliating and skin rejuvenation procedure. It is used to treat a number of skin conditions and imperfections, including wrinkles, stretch marks and sun-damaged skin. Treatments involve spraying refined crystals onto affected areas to eradicate dead skin cells and produce a smoother, more youthful complexion.
Microdermabrasion procedure takes between 30 - 40 minutes. 15 minute consolation prior to treatment is required. Often more than one treatment is needed to achieve maximum results. Sessions are usually performed at two to three week intervals to allow for recovery times
